Thus, lightness, solidity and a unique handmade finish are the key elements of our new wing board. In addition, this construction emits 94% less CO2, approximately 80 1L bottles are needed to build the Quest II.

UNIQUE & HANDMADE CUSTOM CONSTRUCTIONThe new QUEST II boards benefit from HB Surf's unique know-how and are produced in the same workshops as our surfkites. Thus, lightness, solidity and a unique handmade finish are the key elements of our new wing board. The reinforced Armacell structure of the QUEST II is one with the US foil box, together they form one single block.
AN ETHICAL AND RESPONSIBLE BOARDThe wing discipline requires large volume boards. So the wingboards need a lot more material to be built. For this reason, we decided to use 100% recycled and recyclable materials because HB SURF contributes as much as possible to the reduction of waste emissions on the planet. This is why our QUEST II is built in an eco-responsible way: this construction emits 94% less CO2, about 80 bottles of 1L are needed to build the Quest II.
EVEN MORE STRONG & REACTIVE TECHNOLOGYThe technologies of the QUEST II has been reinforced to make it more responsive and resistant to the elements while maintaining its light weight. The surface of the board and every composite in its inner structure is surrounded by a high density Armacell film. In addition, this film is reinforced with Innerga, a recyclable, age-resistant composite that dissipates impact energy and reduces vibration.
ULTRA-RESISTANT & RESPONSIVE STRUT- The structure underneath the US foil box is set through the entire surface of the board. Indeed, the high density armacell core is set under the skin from the bottom to the deck. This allow the structure to be ultra-resistant and enhance the responsiveness of the foil just underneath of it.
- The skin as well as the each composite inside the board is surrounded by a high density, strong, light and recycled Armacell foil, making the board solid through the entire shape. The armcell foil is reinforced by an Innnerga composite, which is recyclable, reduce the vibration and prevent form any dents or dings. The inside and outside skin is therefore ultra-resistant, recyclable and with a nice look.
100% RECYCLABLE COMPOSITES-
The armacell structure and the innerga sheets coating it are made from recycled water bottles. These composites are 100% recyclable after use.
This construction requires 3 times less energy and emits 94% less CO2 than a conventional construction for a product of similar size and volume.
Approximately 80 one-litre bottles are used in the construction of our QUEST panels as we estimate that one linear metre of armacell film requires 19 bottles.
DEDICATED & UNIQUE WING SURFING SHAPEThe Quest II is designed with a compact yet bulky shape and allows for fast planning thanks to its optimised tail and reduced size making it quite responsive. The construction is ultra durable and environmentally friendly as it is assembled with Armacell and innerga technology from 100% recycled materials.

- The shape is large with a great volume without being very long to enhance responsiveness and stability.
- A wingsurfing optimized rocker with a modified tail for a more efficient pumping and surfing. The small length of the board also allows a better pumping and transport efficiency.
